Important Shipping Information, Terms and Conditions
At Pursuit Bait, we aim to dispatch your order within 72 working hours (working hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday).

Boilies are sent via an overnight courier service to ensure freshness.

Smaller items such as pots of hookbaits and liquids are sent by Royal Mail Second Class when ordered on their own.
Freezer Bait Boilies
Our freezer bait boilies are dispatched frozen, usually late evenings, and shipped on an overnight courier to maintain maximum freshness. They should be placed back in the freezer immediately upon receipt.

During busy periods, some boilies may be sent fresh rolled but not frozen.

Deliveries leave us on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

It is essential to leave your telephone number when ordering so we can contact you if there are any issues.

If you require boilies urgently, please contact us by email or phone to check if we can arrange short‑notice delivery. This depends on our rolling schedule, but we will always do our best to help.
Freezer bait deliveries require a signature. If you prefer, you can instruct the courier to leave goods in a safe place (e.g., porch, garage, shed, or with a neighbour) by adding delivery notes at checkout.
Please note: Pursuit Bait cannot accept responsibility for freshness if no one is available to sign. Responsibility passes to the recipient if you choose the “safe place” option. You may also nominate an alternative delivery address such as work, friends, or family.

All orders, regardless of size, are subject to a £8.00 shipping fee.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied, goods (excluding perishable items) may be returned to Pursuit Bait within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

Perishable items such as fresh/frozen boilies cannot be returned or refunded unless wrongly supplied or not delivered within 48 hours of leaving Pursuit Bait.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless goods are faulty or wrongly supplied.

Refundable postage charges apply only where goods are faulty or wrongly supplied.

Buyers are responsible for tracking and insuring returned goods.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original card or payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the goods. If returned goods are lost in transit, you must provide proof of posting or meet our reasonable tracking requirements before a refund can be issued.
Damaged Goods
All items leave Pursuit Bait securely packed and in good order. As we use third‑party couriers, if a parcel arrives showing external damage, it is the buyer’s responsibility to sign for the goods as “damaged.”
Goods Not Received
If you request goods to be left in a safe place, this is done entirely at the buyer’s risk. Pursuit Bait cannot accept responsibility unless a recipient’s signature is obtained.
